Artificial intelligence

An artificial neural network was trained for the visual classification of weeds and crops. It achieves an accuracy of over 99% and can be trained on any crop.

Robotic Naiture
Laser technology

The high-performance fiber lasers deliver up to 250 W CW output power and enable precise laser weeding with excellent beam quality and a long service life of over 10,000 working hours.

Big Data Naiture
Modular design

A central rack containing coolers and laser units supplies modularly expandable destruction units, each equipped with integrated cameras, lights, and scanners. This allows for maximum flexibility and precise customization to your requirements.

About Us
OUR STORY

Our roots are in the field, not the workshop. Our journey began in 2008, driven by a real-world challenge: one of Germany’s leading organic producers (Westhof) needed an automated alternative to herbicides.

Leveraging expertise from the "Boniob" research project at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences, we turned theory into a robust, market-ready machine following our founding in late 2018. From day one, close collaboration with farmers has been our cornerstone, ensuring our solution excels under the toughest agricultural conditions.

Today, our technology is proven in the field. During the 2025 season alone, our robots demonstrated exceptional reliability and efficiency—operating 24/7, logging over 800 hours, and cultivating approximately 400 hectares. High-precision robotics isn't just a vision; it’s the most effective, ecological, and economical method for weed control. We are solving the challenges we set out to tackle.

OUR VISION

Our vision is an agriculture where ecology and economy are no longer opposites. We envision fields where autonomous, lightweight robots precisely perform the work that is currently laborious and expensive. An agriculture that drastically reduces the use of herbicides, ensures soil health for future generations, and simultaneously offers farmers greater profitability and predictability.

We don't just build robots. We create the tools for efficient, resilient, and sustainable agriculture.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Our system is based on three technologies: artificial intelligence, robotics, and big data. Our solution offers many advantages over chemical weed control. It has a minimal impact on the ecosystem. Thanks to its adaptive AI, the system can be designed for a wide range of applications, and our many years of research experience have enabled us to create an interface between agriculture and cutting-edge technology.

One of the biggest environmental problems in agriculture is the use of chemical pesticides. For example, 115,000 tons of pesticides are applied annually in Germany alone. This has alarming consequences for both people and the environment. The project "Laser-Assisted Weeding in Organic Farming," funded by the state of Schleswig-Holstein and supported by the AI funding guidelines, aims to further develop an autonomous weeding robot for pesticide-free weed control in agriculture using a laser-based system.

In agriculture, a problem arises with fawns hiding in fields that are to be cultivated by heavy machinery. Unfortunately, the fawns do not run away when the machine approaches, but remain hidden in the tall grass. If the operator does not notice this in time, the fawn is struck by the machine and, in most cases, killed. The "Autonomous Fawn Detection System - AROS" project, funded by the state of Schleswig-Holstein under the AI funding guidelines, aims to develop a system for detecting fawns hiding in agricultural fields.
