Software Developer (m/f/d)
We are looking for a software developer to start as soon as possible.
Tasks
Further development of the existing web-based management software for agricultural businesses
Reading and processing sensor values and integration into the web interface
Conceptualization, development and design of new functionalities and software components for web and app applications
Implementing new ideas and applications together with employees of the Westhof Group
Qualifications / Experience
Completed university degree in computer science or IT-related training with relevant experience
Strong knowledge of one of the programming languages Python, Typescript, Javascript
Experience with the Django web framework and JavaScript is desirable, or a willingness to learn.
Teamwork skills as well as a solution-oriented, innovative, creative and independent working style
Enjoyment of working independently and solving problems

Our system is based on three technologies: artificial intelligence, robotics, and big data. Using deep learning/machine learning, we can distinguish between crops and weeds. Our robotic systems then use this AI to precisely eliminate the weeds without any chemicals.
